Aleph is a novel of autobiographical account written the by one of the most renowned Brazilian writer, Paulo Coelho. The novel is Coelho’s fourteenth major work and is the most personal he ever presented to date. Originally written in Portuguese, his native language, and first published in Brazil in 2011, the book immediately became a bestseller there, and after being translated and released internationally, it became a New York Times Best Seller too.
