Diana Wynne Jones - Howl's Moving Castle Series eBooks (PDF)

Howl's Moving Castle series (sometimes also called Howl's Castle or the Castle trilogy) is a children’s story written by the late Diana Wynne Jones, an English writer mostly famous for her fantasy works for both kids and adults. The inspiration to write the series came when a little boy asked Jones to write a story called "The Moving Castle".

There are three books in the series, with the first installment published in 1986 and the last one in 2008. The first novel was adapted into a film under the same title in 2004. Animated by the famous Studio Ghibli, the film that originally was produced and released in Japan achieved wide critical acclaim and in 2006 it was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature at the 78th Academy Awards.
