The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents is the 28th novel of Discworld series by English author Terry Pratchett. First published in 2001, this book is the first in the series that is intended for children. With this book, Pratchett won his first major award, Carnegie Medal for best children book of the year. A radio dramatization was broadcasted by BBC in 2003, and it has been re-broadcasted several times after the first one.
