This time, everything with Johan had to come to an end. The Monster has to be stopped and there is a brilliant surgeon doctor who is ready and will do anything to make that happens. Dr Kenzo Tenma has tracked down his target and he finally gets a line on the whereabouts of Johan. Meanwhile, Johan’s twin sister Nina finally stands face-to-face with Peter Capek, the boss of the extreme right wing organization, the survivor of the “Red Rose Mansion”. Capek is now about to open his mouth to tell the terrifying truth behind the birth of the twins to Nina.
