Knowing the life of the woman who once was about to marry him, Dr Kenzo Tenma breaks out of prison with the sole purpose to save Eva and now he heads to the “Red Rose Mansion.” The only clue Tenma has as guidance is the note left by the attorney Verderman. Meanwhile, the Monster’s twin sister, Nina, is still making her desperate effort to bring back the lost memories of her childhood with her twin brother, Johan. In doing so, she is now also at the same mansion. As Nina steps in into the mansion and opens the sealed door at the end of the corridor, the memory that is buried deep inside her awakes. She has a flashback to “THAT” horrible scene!!
