In 1994 Quentin Tarantino made a movie that since then has been influencing the whole film industry and along with that movie, the album entitled Music from the Motion Picture Pulp Fiction was released. Tarantino work is nothing sort of ordinary or conventional one and so is the score arranged for it. This score is made of a mix of American rock and roll, surf rock, pop, and soul. Just like the film and the tracks used as backgrounds to the scenes, the soundtrack is equally unconventional. It consists of nine songs from the movie, four tracks of dialogue snippets followed by a song, and three tracks of dialogue alone.
This compilation reached No. 21 on the Billboard 200 and a cover of Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon (originally by Neil Diamond, here performed by Urge Overkill) reached No. 59 in single chart.
