Originally published in 1995, Maskerade is the eighteenth novel in Terry Pratchett’s exciting and hilarious fantasy series, Discworld. Pratchett has made a rather a lot of spin-offs in some of his books on many subjects, or persons, or cultures, or famous works. In this volume, his “victim” is the famous The Phantom of the Opera. In this novel also he reintroduces some of familiar Discworld withes, Granny Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg.
