Until I Find You is one of the most recent novels by John Irving. Published in 2005, there was interesting stories behind it regarding the story itself and the packaging. For the story, actually it was told in first person point of view, but closing to its publication, Irving changed it into third person. On the packaging side, the cover displays a close-up illustration of the side of a woman breast with a tattoo. American publisher requested a very close shot, so the body part is not recognizable.
